The classic bulb shovel has been specifically designed to remove sick bulbs from the bulb bed as the sickness can transfer to healthy bulbs and destroy the harvest. The sharp stainless steel blade is narrow so it can be driven into the soil with ease and remove the sick bulb without damaging other healthy bulbs. The wider blade of this bulb shovel makes it better suited when bigger bulbs must be removed.

The bulb shovel was made for the Dutch tulip sector to remove sick or otherwise unwanted bulbs from the bed without damaging the healthy bulbs. The bulb shovel is delivered with a short, strong ash T-handle that makes it the perfect tool work close to the ground and allows you to put a lot of force on the tool.
